برهمکنش قارچ های میکوریز آربوسکولار و منابع آهن بر ویژگی‌های رشد و جذب عناصر غذایی پایه مکزیکن لایم

چکیده

به منظور مطالعه اثر قارچ­های میکوریزی، منابع و سطوح مختلف آهن بر رشد و جذب عناصر غذایی پایه مکزیکن لایم (Citrus aurantifolia L)(که ­یکی از پایه­های بسیار مهم مرکبات در مناطق جنوب کشور محسوب می­شوند)، آزمایش گلخانه­ای به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملا تصادفی با سه فاکتور و چهار تکرار انجام گرفت. فاکتورها شامل قارچ میکوریز در سه سطح (شاهد بدون قارچ میکوریز، Rhizophagus irregularis ، Glomus versiforme)، منابع آهن در دوسطح (کلات آهن و سولفات آهن) و هرکدام از این منابع در3 سطح (0، 5/7 و 15 میلی­گرم آهن بر کیلوگرم)  بود. نتایج نشان داد که برهمکنش قارچ و منابع آهن به­طور مو­ثر­ی باعث بهبود صفات رشدی و غلظت عناصر غذایی نیتروژن، پتاسیم، آهن، روی، مس و منگنز گیاه می­شود. نتایج نشان داد که در تیمارهای مایه­زنی با قارچ، با افزایش سطوح آهن، غلظت عناصر غذایی آهن، روی، مس و منگنز در گیاه افزایش یافته است که احتمالا بدلیل اثرات متعادل کنندگی همزیستی میکوریزی بر غلظت عناصر غذایی در گیاه می­باشد. تیمارهای کاربرد همزمان قارچ با سولفات آهن به­نظر می­رسد که بر روی صفات رشدی مختلف تاثیر مناسب داشته است و به­جای کلات آهن یا در کاهش مصرف آن می­تواند موثر باشد.

In order to evaluate the effect of mycorrhizal fungi, different sources and levels of iron on growth and nutrients uptake in Mexican lime (Citrus aurantifolia L) (one of the important rootstock in citrus growing regions in south of Iran), greenhouse experiments were conducted with factorial arrangement in a completely randomized design with three factors and four replications. Treatments consisted of three levels of mycorhizal fungus (without fungal inoculation, inoculation with Rhizophagus intraradices, inoculation with Glomus versiforme), two sources of iron (iron chelate, iron solphate), and three iron levels (0, 7.5, 15 mgkg-1 Fe). The results indicated that co-application of mycorrhizal fungal species and iron sources improved plant growth charactrices and the concentration of nitrogen, potassium, iron, zinc, copper, and manganese. In the treatments inoculated with mycorrhizal fungi, with an increase in iron levels, the nutrient concentrations of iron, zinc, copper and manganese in soil were increased, likely because of the balancing effect of mycorrhizal symbiosis on nutrient concentrations in plants. It seemed that co-application treatments of fungi with iron sulphate were effective on different growth indices of plant and could reduce iron chelate consumption or be used instead of it.
