غربالگری و شناسایی باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات متحمل گرما
باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات متحمل به دماهای بالا، کاندید مناسبی برای استفاده در کودهای میکروبی فسفاته گرانوله میباشند. محصول تولیدی در فرآیند تهیه این کودها، ناگزیر به تحمل حرارت بالا (°C50 -55) بوده و درصد رطوبت بسیار پایینی دارا میباشد. بر این اساس، در این تحقیق کارایی انحلال فسفات و تحمل گرمایی 150 جدایه باکتری از بانک میکروبی گروه علوم و مهندسی خاک دانشگاه تبریز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. توانایی انحلال فسفات باکتریها به روش نیمهکمی و کمی در محیط اسپربر جامد و مایع در حضور منبع کممحلول تریکلسیم فسفات تحت شرایط دمای عادی (°C 28) و دمای 55 درجه سلسیوس ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معنیداری بین باکتریها از نظر انحلال فسفات وجود دارد. در دمای معمولی از 150 باکتری، نزدیک به 17 درصد باکتریها (25 جدایه) توان انحلال فسفات کممحلول را داشتند و نسبت قطر هاله به کلنی (HD/CD) آنها بین 8/2 – 2/1 متغیر بود. در روش کمی نیز توان حلکنندگی 25 جدایه در محدوده 89/292- 8/175 میلیگرم فسفر بر لیتر قرار داشت. از بین 25 جدایه نیز تنها 7 باکتری قادر به زندهمانی در دمای 55 درجه سلسیوس بمدت 16ساعت بودند، که از میان آنها جدایههای C1-4O، C19-4O و C8-12M بهترتیب با مقادیر 5/2، 4/2 و 2/2 بالاترین نسبت قطر هاله به کلنی را داشتند. میزان آزادسازی فسفر در محیط مایع توسط این باکتریها بهترتیب 08/244، 44/256 و 14/216 میلیگرم بر لیتر بود. نتایج شناسایی مولکولی نشان داد که این باکتریها متعلق به جنسهای Enterobacter و Stenotrophomonas میباشند.

تأثیر استغراق پرش هیدرولیکی بر نوسانات فشار کف حوضچه آرامش تیپ دو USBR
در تحقیق حاضر، نوسانات فشار جریان در کف حوضچه آرامش تیپ دو USBR در پاییندست سرریز اوجی با استفاده از ترانسدیوسرهای فشار اندازهگیری گردید. آزمایشها در یک فلوم آزمایشگاهی در شرایط مختلف جریان انجام گرفت. بعلاوه، میدان فشار در پرش هیدرولیکی مستغرق، به منظور کمک به درک بهتر فرآیند استهلاک انرژی و طراحی بهینه حوضچههای آرامش مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با استفاده از پارامترهای بیبعد، تأثیر استغراق بر روی توزیع طولی فشار متوسط و شدت نوسانات فشار ارزیابی گردید. برداشت دادههای فشار برای اعداد فرود اولیه مختلف (Fr1) در محدوده 4/6 تا 3/8، و فاکتور استغراق (S) در محدوده 1 تا 4/1 انجام گردید. بر اساس تحلیل ابعادی، مقادیر ضریب شدت نوسانات فشار (Cʹp ) تابعی از پارامترهای Fr1، S و فاصله نسبی از ابتدای حوضچه (X/Y1) میباشد. نتایج نشان داد که مقادیر حداکثر ضریب Cʹp در حوضچه تیپ دو نسبت به حوضچههای صاف، حدود 30 درصد کاهش مییابد. در ناحیه پاییندست حوضچه آرامش (X/Y1>10)، متوسط مقادیر Cʹp در پرشهای مستغرق نسبت به پرش آزاد، حدود 25 درصد کاهش مییابد.

تحلیل مقایسهای نوسانات سطح ایستابی با استفاده از نرمافزار GMS و مدلهای سریهای زمانی در دشت عجبشیر
پیشبینی نوسانات سطح آب زیرزمینی، برای برنامهریزی مناسبتر به ویژه در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک امری ضروری است. در این تحقیق از دادههای ارتفاع سطح ایستابی بهصورت ماهانه، طی دوره آماری 1380 لغایت 1390 دشت عجبشیر واقع در شهرستان عجبشیر که دارای وسعت 130 کیلومتر مربع است استفاده گردید و از دو روش برای تخمین و پیشبینی ارتفاع سطح ایستابی بهره گرفته شده است. از دادههای سال 1380 تا 1390 جهت تخمین استفاده گردید و ارتفاع سطح ایستابی برای سه سال (1390 تا 1393) پیشبینی شد. روش اول حل معادله دیفرانسیل جزئی برای گامهای زمانی (بصورت ماهانه) متوالی و روش دوم مدل سریهای زمانی است. روش تفاضلات محدود برای حل عددی معادله دیفرانسیلی استفاده شد، برای این منظور از نرمافزار GMS استفاده گردید. مقدار ضریب همبستگی و ریشه متوسط مربعات خطا (Root Mean Square Error) بدست آمده از این روش بین مقادیر مشاهداتی و محاسباتی بهترتیب 9/0 و 41/0 متر بدست آمد. مدل (2و3) ARMA بهترین مدل برازش شده برای دادههای ارتفاع سطح ایستابی بهدست آمد که مقدار ضریب همبستگی و RMSE بدست آمده از این روش بهترتیب 85/0 و 49/0 متر میباشد. طبق معیارهای ارزیابی بدست آمده، معادله دیفرانسیل جزئی از دقت بیشتری در مقایسه با سریهای زمانی برخوردار بود.

بررسی سینتیک جذب فسفات توسط بیوچار باگاس نیشکر
کاربرد بیوچار حاصل از بقایای کشاورزی بهعنوان جاذب یکی از روشهای مقرون به صرفه و پرکاربرد برای حذف آلایندههایی همچون فسفات از منابع آب میباشد. باگاس در واقع همان تفاله نیشکر است که در مناطق جنوبی کشور ایران به وفور یافت میگردد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی سینتیک جذب فسفات توسط بیوچار باگاس نیشکر و تعیین بهترین مدل سینتیکی برای تفسیر این واکنش بود. پس از تعیین pH بهینه، تأثیر غلظت اولیه فسفات و زمان تماس بر جذب فسفات توسط بیوچار باگاس نیشکر بررسی و از 7 مدل سینتیکی جذب برای بررسی جذب فسفات استفاده گردید. حداکثر میزان جذب فسفات در زمان دو ساعت بهدست آمد. مدلهای سینتیکی تابع نمایی، الوویچ ساده شده، پخشیدگی سهموی و مرتبه اول با دادههای حاصله تطابق نشان دادند که از میان آنها معادله تابع نمایی اولویت داشت. نیمه عمر جذب فسفات در غلظتهای مختلف از 30 دقیقه تا 100 دقیقه متفاوت بود و با افزایش غلظت اولیه فسفات کاهش یافت. با افزایش غلظت اولیه فسفات میزان جذب آن توسط جاذب و همچنین ثابتهای سرعت جذب افزایش یافتند. مقادیر بالای ضرایب جذب فسفات نشان داد که بیوچار باگاس نیشکر میتواند جاذب مناسبی برای حذف فسفات از محلولهای آبی آلوده باشد.

تغییرات غلظت رسوب و هدررفت خاکهای مختلف و تغییرات زمانی آنها تحت شرایط متفاوت شیب سطح و شدت بارندگی
بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر فرسایش خاک و تغییرات زمانی آن از پیشنیازهای مهم مدیریت منابع آب و خاک است. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین حساسیت خاکها به فرسایش آبی و تغییرات زمانی هدررفت خاک در خاکهای با بافت لومرسی، لوم و لومشنی در شیبهای مختلف (5، 10، 15، 25 و 30 درجه) تحت بارانهای شبیهسازی شده (40، 60 و 80 میلیمتر در ساعت) بود. آزمایش در ابعاد فلوم (65 سانتیمتر×160 سانتیمتر) در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با دو تکرار انجام شد. هدررفت خاک در بازههای زمانی 5/0، 1، 5/1، 2، 3، 4، 5، 10، 15، 20، 30، 40، 50 و 60 دقیقه و ادامه تا دستیابی به جریان ماندگار رواناب سطحی اندازهگیری شد. تفاوت معنیداری بین خاکها از نظر هدررفت خاک مشاهده شد (01/0>p). خاک لومرسی، حساسترین خاک به فرآیندهای فرسایشی بود. در این خاک، بخش عمده ذرات فرسایشپذیر در زمانهای اولیه بارندگی فرسایش یافت و با تداوم بارندگی، هدررفت خاک کاهش یافت. هدررفت خاک در خاکها بهشدت تحت تأثیر شیب سطح و شدت باران قرار گرفت (01/0>p). با افزایش درجه شیب، به دلیل کاهش نگهداشت آب باران، رواناب سریعتر به وقوع پیوست و هدررفت خاک بیشتر شد. شیب سطح و شدت باران نقشی بارزتر در افزایش هدررفت خاک در بافت لومشنی نشان دادند. نتایج مؤید آن است که حساسیت به فرسایش آبی با تغییر شیب سطح و شدت باران، در خاکهای فرسایشپذیر (ریزبافت) کمتر است و این دو عامل (شیب سطح و شدت باران) بیشترین تأثیر را بر هدررفت خاک در خاکهای مقاوم (درشتبافت) میگذارند.

بررسی میدانی تاثیر مدیریت بهرهبرداری برروی تلفات آب و رسوبگذاری کانالهای آبیاری
مدیریت بهرهبرداری از شبکههای آبیاری میتواند نقش بسیار مهمی در کارایی سختافزاری و نرمافزاری این شبکهها داشته باشد. در تحقیق حاضر با بررسیهای میدانی در زمینه حمل رسوب معلق و راندمان انتقال آب، به تحلیل تاثیر شرایط بهرهبرداری برروی میزان رسوبگذاری و تلفات آب در شبکههای آبیاری استان خوزستان پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور از روش دبی ورودی-خروجی برای تعیین تلفات در کانال و از معادله پیوستگی شار رسوبی برای تعیین رسوبگذاری بار معلق در بازه مورد مطالعه استفاده شد. در کل تعداد 14 بازه کانال درجه 1، 21 بازه کانال درجه 2 و 16 بازه کانال درجه 3 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. شاخص بهرهبرداری نسبت عمق آزاد جریان آب در کانال تعیین شد. تاثیر این شاخص برروی نرخ رسوبگذاری و تلفات آب نسبت به دبی ورودی در هر کیلومتر طول کانال مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. با توجه به نتایج در کانالهای درجه 1 و 2 به ازای 10 درصد کاهش دبی بهرهبرداری نسبت به دبی طراحی، به ترتیب، 23/0 و 26/0 کیلوگرم بر ثانیه در هر کیلومتر کانال به مقدار رسوبگذاری افزوده میشود. همچنین با فاصله گرفتن از بالادست کانال درجه 1 معمولا عملکرد کانالها کاهش نشان میدهد. به نحویکه میزان تلفات در کانال درجه 1 شبکه آبیاری کرخه 12/0 درصد در هر کیلومتر نسبت به دبی ورودی به ازای هر کیلومتر فاصله از ابتدای کانال افزایش دارد. این پارامتر برای کانال غربی و شرقی شبکه آبیاری دز به ترتیب 16/0 و 09/0 درصد نتیجه شد.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی عملکرد صفحات مثلثی بر توپوگرافی بستر در رودخانههای مستقیم
آبشکنها از جمله سازههایی هستند که برای حفاظت سواحل و ساماندهی رودخانهها بکار میروند. آنها معمولاً به شکل دیواره مستطیلی و عمود بر جریان میباشند. توسعه آبشستگی در دماغه آنها متاسفانه عامل تخریب سازه است. علاوه بر این محدوده رسوبگذار بین آبشکنها و نیز افزایش سرعت جریان در میانه مجرا، بدلیل انسداد زیاد، از جمله عواملی هستند که مشکلاتی را برای زندگی آبزیان رودخانه فراهم میکند. صفحات مثلثی از جمله سازههایی است که مشکلات مربوط به آبشکنهای مستطیلی در آنها حداقل میباشد. بررسی عملکرد صفحات مثلثی بر تغییرات توپوگرافی بستر در شرایط مختلف جریان هدف اصلی این مقاله است. برای این منظور آزمایشهائی در یک فلوم مستقیم برای شرایط مختلف جریان (پنج عدد فرود 18/0، 2/0، 22/0، 24/0 و 26/0) با نصب صفحات مثلثی به ازای زاویه 30 درجه و فاصله 4 برابر طول موثر سازه انجام گردید. در انتهای هر آزمایش توپوگرافی بستر توسط متر لیزری برداشت گردید. نتایج نشان داد که، ابعاد هندسی چاله آبشستگی در آبشکنهای مستطیلی بزرگتر از صفحات مثلثی میباشد بگونهای که بطور متوسط طول و عمق چاله آبشستگی در آبشکنهای مستطیلی به ترتیب 3/1 و 5/1 برابر در صفحات مثلثی است. در ضمن فاصله بیشینه عمق آبشستگی از ساحل در صفحات مثلثی حدود 40% بیشتر از آبشکنهای مستطیلی است که این یک مزیت برای صفحات مثلثی محسوب میشود.
