Among these elements, Pb appears at relatively higher concentration. In this study, the impact of different levels of Pb as Pb(NO3)2 on the population of soil microorganisms in soil were evaluated. Six levels of Pb including 0, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 mg Pb per kg soil were added at two replications to the pots containing 2 kg of soil and kept 25±2°C and 0.7 FC soil moisture for six months. Bacterial and fungal cells numbers were enumerated using plate count method, on days 15th, 30th, 90th and 180th day during incubation. At each incubation period, bacterial number decreased with increasing Pb levels. The most adverse effect of Pb was observed at above 200 mg Pb kg-1. Fifteen days after incubation, the fungal population was significantly (p≤0.05) declined at 400 and 500 mg Pb kg-1 compared to the control level (zero addition of Pb). By increasing of incubation time to 180 days, the fungal number cells showed no significant differences between Pb levels. It seems that the fungal population is more tolerant to Pb than the bacterial population in the tested soil.}, keywords = {Bacteria,Fungi,Pb,Plate count,Tolerance}, title_fa = {تأثیر سطوح مختلف سرب بر جمعیت باکتری¬ و قارچ¬ در طول انکوباسیون خاک}, abstract_fa = {     کمپوست شهری و لجن فاضلاب که برای اصلاح ساختمان خاک و افزایش حاصلخیزی خاک بهکار میروند، اغلب دارای مقادیری از Pb، Cd، Zn، Ni و Cu هستند که برای میکروارگانیسمهای خاک سمی میباشند. در میان این عناصر Pb نسبت به بقیه دارای غلظت بالاتری است. در این تحقیق اثرات سطوح مختلف Pb (به صورت نیترات سرب) بر جوامع میکروبی خاک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. شش سطح Pb شامل صفر، 100، 200، 300، 400 و 500 میلیگرم Pb در کیلوگرم خاک به گلدانهای حاوی دو کیلوگرم خاک در دو تکرار افزوده شده و در رطوبت 7/0 ظرفیت مزرعه و دمای 2±25 درجه سلسیوس به مدت شش ماه انکوباسیون گردید. در روزهای 15، 30، 90 و 180 تعداد جمعیت باکتریها و قارچها به روش شمارش کلنی در ظرف پتری تعیین شد. در هریک از دورههای زمانی با افزایش غلظت Pb جمعیت باکتریها کاهش یافت و بیشترین اثر منفی از غلظت 200 میلیگرم Pb در کیلوگرم خاک به بالا مشاهده شد. 15 روز پس از انکوباسیون جمعیت قارچها در سطوح 400 و 500 نسبت به سطح صفر Pb به طور معنیداری کاهش یافت. با افزایش زمان انکوباسیون به 180 روز، تعداد جمعیت قارچها در سطوح مختلف Pb تفاوت معنیداری (05/0≥p) نداشت. بهنظر میرسد که در خاک مورد آزمایش، جمعیت قارچها نسبت به جمعیت باکتریها دارای تحمل بیشتری به سطوح بالای Pb بودند.}, keywords_fa = {باکتری,تحمل,سرب,شمارش کلنی,قارچ}, url = {https://water-soil.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_720.html}, eprint = {https://water-soil.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_720_3153df4459655ad3b5b4fb84c2f39cb6.pdf} }
