Bioremediation or biological removal of petroleum hydrocarbons from soil or water is more efficient than the other physical and chemical remediation technologies. Indigenous bacteria are important because of their long term exposure and compatibility to hydrocarbon contaminants. Therefore, the aim of this study was isolation and comparison of oil consuming bacteria efficiency in the oil contaminated soils in southern of Tehran oil refinery plant. Six samples from the contaminated soil were collected and then the superior oil degrading bacteria were isolated through three laboratory steps: i) Isolation and purification of indigenous oil degrading bacteria in a soil extract agar as a selective media, ii) The study of efficiency of the isolates in a liquid mineral based media with 7% (V/V) of gas oil. iii) The comparison of the respiration rates of the isolates in a media containing 3% (W/W) gas oil. At the end of three steps, among all the oil degrading isolates, two isolates of BJ.1 and BM.1 with respiration rates of 2.1 and 1.8 mg CO2 per gram sand-perlite per month, were ultimately selected as the most powerful and efficient isolates for oil degradation, respectively. }, keywords = {Biodegradation,Bioremediation,Gasoil,Oil degrading bacteria,Petroleum Hydrocarbons}, title_fa = {جداسازی و مطالعه باکتری‌های بومی خاک‌های آلوده جنوب پالایشگاه تهران جهت زیست پالایی آلودگی‌های نفتی}, abstract_fa = {رشد روزافزون جمعیت و بهدنبال آن توسعه صنایع و پالایشگاهها، سبب ورود حجم عظیمی از ترکیبات آلاینده هیدروکربنی به محیط زیست شده است.  زیست پالایی یا حذف بیولوژیک هیدروکربن‌های نفتی در خاک یا آب، کارآمدتر از سایر فناوری‌های فیزیکی و شیمیایی پالایش میباشد. در این میان، باکتریهای بومی خاکهای آلوده نفتی بهدلیل سازگاری و تماس طولانی مدت با آلایندههای هیدروکربنی حائز اهمیت میباشند. هدف از این تحقیق، جداسازی و مقایسه کارآیی باکتری‌های برتر تجزیه کننده نفت از خاک‌های آلوده جنوب پالایشگاه تهران می‌باشد. بدین منظور، شش نمونه خاک آلوده نمونهبرداری و طی سه مرحله آزمایشگاهی، سویههای برتر باکتری‌های تجزیه کننده نفت جداسازی گردیدند. در مرحله اول جداسازی و خالصسازی باکتری‌های بومی نفتخوار در محیط کشت اختصاصی عصاره خاک-آگار، در مرحله دوم مطالعه کارایی جدایه‌ها در محیطکشت پایه معدنی مایع همراه با 7% حجمی نفت گاز بهعنوان منبع هیدروکربنی و در مرحله سوم مقایسه میزان تنفس سویههای باکتریایی در محیط حاوی 3% وزنی نفت گاز انجام شد. در پایان این سه مرحله آزمایشگاهی، از بین تمام جدایههای تجزیهکننده مواد نفتی، دو جدایه باکتریاییBJ.1  وBM.1 با میزان تنفس بهترتیب؛ 1/2 و 8/1 میلی گرم CO2 در هر گرم شن-پرلیت در ماه، بهعنوان برترین و توانمندترین باکتریهای تجزیه کننده نفت گاز انتخاب شدند.}, keywords_fa = {باکتری‌های تجزیه کننده نفت,تجزیه زیستی,زیست‌پالایی,نفت گاز,هیدروکربن‌های نفتی}, url = {https://water-soil.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_5543.html}, eprint = {https://water-soil.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_5543_8f96546478a7102fc03598e368c52e23.pdf} }
