Phosphate solubilizing bacteria through special mechanism are able to dissolve PR, release phosphorous and make it arailable to plant roots. A factorial experiment based on completely randomized design with two factors a) in the absence and presence of Bacillus coagulons and b) without PR and with PR form various sources, including Yasouj, Yazd, Gasfa and triple superphosphate was conducted in greenhouse using canola cultivar (Hayvla 401). At harvest time after 12 weeks, stem height, stem diameter, leaf area, shoot dry weight and P uptake were measured. The results showed that treatments Included bacterium became superior in all characteristics to the treatments without bacterium. The interaction effects of bacterium and different sources of phosphate on the plant height, uptake of P and the relative effectiveness based on crop P uptake was significant (P<0.05). The maximum height and uptake of P occurred in triple superphosphate fertilizer with bacterium was 54.4 cm and 1.38 g/pot, respectively. Among  phosphates  rocks, canolas with PR from Gafsa source plus bacterium had the greatest height of 39.8 cm and P uptake 0.588 g/pot. The relative effectiveness of the experimental treatment with the bacterium  were 42.2, 39.7 and 24.9 percent, respectively, in Gasfa, Yazd, Yasouj sources.  }, keywords = {Bacillus coagulans,Canola,Phosphate,Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria,phosphate rock}, title_fa = {تأثیر باکتری Bacillus coagulans و منابع مختلف سنگ فسفات بر گیاه کلزا Brassica napus L.) )}, abstract_fa = {وجود منابع عظیم سنگ فسفات در جهان و معایب کودهای فسفاته فسفری، توجه محققان را به مصرف مستقیم سنگ فسفات به جای کودهای فسفری در اراضی کشاورزی به خود جلب کرده است. باکتریهای حل کننده فسفات قادرند با سازوکارهای خاص خود انحلال فسفات در این سنگها را افزایش داده و فسفر بیشتری را در اختیار گیاه قرار دهند. برای بررسی این موضوع، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با دو فاکتور الف) باکتری (گونه Bacillus coagulans) در دو سطح (با و بدون باکتری) و ب) انواع منابع فسفر در پنج سطح شامل بدون سنگ فسفات، سنگ فسفات یاسوج، سنگ فسفات یزد، سنگ فسفات گافسای تونس و سوپرفسفات تریپل در شرایط گلخانهای بر روی کلزای رقم هایولا 401 انجام گرفت. در زمان برداشت (پس از 12 هفته) ارتفاع ساقه، قطر ساقه، سطح برگ، وزن خشک بخش هوایی و میزان جذب کل فسفر اندازهگیری شد. نتایج آزمایشها نشان داد که تیمار حاوی باکتری در تمام صفات نسبت به تیمار بدون باکتری برتری داشت. اثر متقابل باکتری و منابع مختلف فسفات بر ارتفاع، درصد فسفر، جذب فسفر کل و اثر بخشی زراعی نسبی بر اساس جذب فسفر کل کلزا معنیدار (05/0P<) بود. بیشترین ارتفاع و جذب فسفر کل در تیمار کود سوپرفسفات تریپل با باکتری، به ترتیب 5/54 سانتیمتر و 38/1 گرم در گلدان و سپس مربوط به تیمار سنگ فسفات گافسای تونس همراه باکتری با 8/39 سانتیمتر ارتفاع و با 588/0 گرم فسفر در گلدان بیشترین جذب فسفر کل را از خود نشان داد. درصد اثربخشی نسبی تیمارهای آزمایش بر اساس جذب فسفر کل از خاک در حضور باکتری در تیمار گافسای تونس 2/42، در تیمار سنگ فسفات یزد 7/39 و در تیمار سنگ فسفات یاسوج 9/24 درصد بود.}, keywords_fa = {باکتری حل کننده فسفات,سنگ فسفات,فسفر,کلزا,Bacillus coagulans}, url = {https://water-soil.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_1250.html}, eprint = {https://water-soil.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_1250_9ba0c46f3cf7a51c58a18591137f2105.pdf} }
