The current research was conducted with the purpose of reaching to an efficient approach for the remediation of soils polluted with petroleum compounds. In this research the effect of five experimental treatments including various species of Bacillus and Pseudomonas bacteria with and without barely (Karron cv.) planting on the bio-degradation of those compounds in an artificially polluted loam soil was investigated. Analysis of the data indicated that the maximum purification belonged to the Bacillus 2 treatment. With barely planting this bacteria reduced soil total petroleum hydrocarbons up to %72.5 during 105 days. Without barely the reduction became %59.8 at the same period. The rate of bio-degradation was also highest at the same treatment, meaning that during a 20-day the reduction of catumination became %40. Degredation rate considerably increased with the presence of bacteria in the soil comparing to the barely planting alone. Inoculating of contaminated soil with bacteria without the need for particular nursery seems to be enough to control effectively the soil pollution. Among the several examined bacteria, Bacillus 2 turned to be the most suitable one for removing the petroleum- loased contamination. }, keywords = {Bacillus,Contaminated soil,Hydrocarbon,Pollution,Pseudomonas}, title_fa = {کارآیی باکتریهای باسیلوس و سودوموناس در زیست پالایی یک خاک آلوده به هیدروکربن‌ها}, abstract_fa = {      آلودهشدن خاک به ترکیبات نفتی در ایران از بدو استخراج نفت از سده گذشته و انباشت تدریجی آنها در محیط سلامتی منابع آب و خاک کشور را تهدید میکند.  این تحقیق با هدف دستیابی به شیوه موثر زدودن آلودگی خاکهای آلوده به مواد نفتی انجام شد. با توجه به ملاحظات زیست محیطی و اقتصادی از بین انواع روشهای پاکسازی، روش بیولوژیک انتخاب و در خاک مورد نظر به کار برده شد. در این آزمایش تاثیر 5 تیمار متشکل از گونههای مختلف دو جنس باکتری باسیلوس و سودوموناس همراه با کشت گیاه جو و بدون آن بر پالایش هیدروکربنهای نفتی در یک خاک لوم ارزیابی شد. تحلیل دادههای به دست آمده نشان داد که بالاترین عملکرد مربوط به تیمار باسیلوس 2 بود. این باکتری میزان هیدروکربنهای نفتی خاک را همراه با کشت گیاه جو پس از 105 روز، تا 5/72% و بدون حضور گیاه تا 8/59% کاهش داد. همچنین سریعترین تاثیر نیز مربوط به همین تیمار بود باین معنی که در مدت زمانی حدود 20 روز میزان آلودگی بیش از 40% کاهش یافت.  کارآیی کاربرد باکتری در مقایسه با کاشت گیاه (بدون باکتری) بسیار بالاتر ارزیابی شد. با افزودن باکتری مذکور بر خاک و بدون عملیات نگهداری خاص میتوان آلودگی نفتی را به صورت موثر کنترل کرد. از میان انواع باکتریهای آزمایش شده باسیلوس 2 برای برطرف کردن آلودگی نفتی خاک مناسبتر از دیگر باکتریها تشخیص داده شد.  }, keywords_fa = {آلودگی,باسیلوس,خاک,سودوموناس,هیدروکربن}, url = {https://water-soil.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_1212.html}, eprint = {https://water-soil.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_1212_0e50d6993007085e33b95b91aefdcbd0.pdf} }
