ارزیابی کیفی تناسب اراضی ایستگاه تحقیقاتی کرکج برای چغندر قند، پیاز و گلرنگ با روش¬های محدودیت ساده و پارامتریک ریشه دوم
این تحقیق در اراضی ایستگاه تحقیقاتی کرکج واقع در 12کیلومتری شرق تبریز جهت ارزیابی کیفی تناسب اراضی برای محصولات چغندر قند، پیاز و گلرنگ صورت گرفته است. اطلاعات خاکشناسی بر اساس مطالعه 11 پروفیل خاک در اراضی مذکور و دادههای اقلیمی از ایستگاه کلیماتولوژی خلعتپوشان تهیه گردید. همه نیازهای زمین نما، خاک و اقلیمی چغندر قند، پیاز و گلرنگ از جداول ارائه شده توسط سایس و همکاران اقتباس و با استفاده از آنها کلاس تناسب کیفی برای محصولات ذکر شده به روش محدودیت ساده و ریشه دوم مشخص گردید. نتایج نشان داد که منطقه مورد مطالعه برای کشت پیاز و گلرنگ از نظر اقلیمی مناسب و برای چغندرقند دارای تناسب متوسط است. بنابراین تعیین کلاس نهائی تناسب تابع خاک، شرایط زمین، نوع کشت و کار و مدیریت تولید محصول مبباشد. بر اساس سیستم محدودیت ساده تقریبا 9% اراضی دارای تناسب متوسط (S2) و 91% اراضی با تناسب بحرانی (S3) برای کشت چغندرهستند. در این منطقه به ترتیب 18% ، 45/45% ، 2/18 % و 35/18 %در کلاسهای S2 ، S3 ،N1 (بالفعل نامتناسب ولی بالقوه متناسب) و N2 (نامتناسب) برای پیاز قرار میگیرند. همچنین در منطقه مطالعاتی 82% و 18% به ترتیب در کلاسهای S3و N2 برای گلرنگ اختصاص مییابند. در روش ریشه دوم 45/45 % اراضی در کلاس S3 و 55/54 % بقیه دارای کلاس N (نامناسب) برای چغندر بوده و برای کشت پیاز 18/18 % اراضی در کلاس S2، 45/45% در کلاس S3 و 37/36% در کلاس N، اما برای گلرنگ 45/45 % اراضی در کلاس S3 و 55/54 % در کلاس N میباشند. براساس نتایج حاصله اقلیم برای محصولات پیاز و گلرنگ با تناسب بالا (S1) بوده و برای چغندرقند دارای تناسب متوسط (S2) میباشد. بعلاوه مهمترین محدویتهای خاک منطقه خصوصیات حاصلخیزی از جمله pH و مواد آلی میباشد.

برآورد مقاومت فروروی با بهرهگیری از پارامترهای فراکتالی توزیع اندازه ذرات و خاکدانهها
مقاومت فروروی (PR) خاک دارای تغییرپذیری بالایی است و در بسیاری از پایگاههای اطلاعاتی آگاهی چندانی درباره آن وجود ندارد. از سوی دیگر اندازهگیری این پارامتر پرهزینه نیز میباشد. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش برآورد PR از دیگر پارامترهای زود یافت خاک با بهرهگیری از توابع انتقالی (PTFs) بود. تعداد 53 نمونه خاک از خاکهای شاخص بر پایه سری خاکهای غالب از استان همدان نمونهبرداری شد. توزیع اندازه ذرات (کوچکتر از 2 میلیمتر)، توزیع اندازه خاکدانههای درشت (25/0 تا 8 میلیمتر) و ریز (کوچکتر از 2 میلیمتر)، رطوبت خاک در حین اندازهگیری PR و جرم مخصوص ظاهری در آزمایشگاه اندازهگیری شد. PR و پارامترهای کیفی ساختمان خاک (شکل، نوع و اندازه خاکدانه) در محل نمونه برداری در دو لایه رویین (10 تا 35 سانتیمتری) و زیرین (20 تا 45 سانتیمتری) خاک اندازهگیری شد. ابتدا جرم مخصوص ظاهری و رطوبت خاک که پارامترهای مرسوم برآورد کننده PR میباشند وارد مدل رگرسیونی شدند. سپس پارامترهای کیفی ساختمان خاک (شکل، نوع و اندازه خاکدانه) و همچنین پارامترهای فراکتالی توزیع اندازه ذرات و خاکدانههای درشت و ریز نیز به پارامترهای پیشین افزوده شدند. در پایان میزان بهبود و برتری هر یک از مدلها بر پایه آمارههای ضریب تبیین، ضریب تبیین تعدیل شده، مجذور میانگین مربعات خطا، معیار اطلاعات آکایک و بهبود نسبی ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که افزودن پارامترهای فراکتالی، به ورودیهای مرسوم برآورد کننده PR باعث بهبود معنیدار معیارهای ارزیابی صحت مدلها شد. همچنین بکارگیری پارامترهای کیفی ساختمان خاک به همراه پارامترهای فراکتالی توزیع اندازه ذرات باعث بهبود معنیدار پیشبینی PR شد.

بررسی تجزیهزیستی هیدروکربنهای نفتی گازوئیل، تولوئن و فنانترن توسط سه گونه باکتری CHAO Pseudomonas fluorescens، Pseudomonas putida P13 و P5 Pantoea agglomerans
آلودگی خاک و آب به آلایندههای نفتی یکی از معضلات محیط زیست به شمار میرود. زیستپالایی یکی از روشهای برطرفسازی این آلایندهها است که متکی بر میکروارگانیسمهای بومی و غیربومی میباشد. با توجه به نقش مثبت باکتریهای جنس سودوموناس در زیستپالایی، در این مطالعه توانایی دو گونه باکتری بومی و غیربومی از جنس سودوموناس به ترتیب به نامهای Pseudomonas putida P13، Pseudomonas fluorescens CHAO و یک گونه غیر سودوموناس به نام Pantoea agglomerans P5 به عنوان باکتریهای استفادهکننده از هیدروکربنها در حضور مواد نفتی مختلف از قبیل گازوئیل (2 درصد)، تولوئن (1 درصد) و فنانترن (05/0 درصد) برآورد شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار با بکارگیری مایه تلقیح میکروبی (با جمعیت CFU/ml 108) در هر دو محیط مایع و جامد انجام پذیرفت. برای این منظور از محیط حداقل عاری از کربن (CFMM) و جایگزین نمودن مواد نفتی مختلف به عنوان منبع کربن استفاده شد. بررسی توانایی باکتریها در محیط جامد بر اساس سنجش قطر کلنی و در محیط مایع بر اساس کدورت سنجی و شمارش جمعیت باکتریها انجام پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین رشد و تجزیه مواد نفتی توسط باکتریهای جنس سودوموناس اتفاق میافتد و هر دو گونه سودوموناس رفتار و رشد یکسانی را در حضور هر سه ماده نفتی نشان دادند در حالی که گونه Pantoea agglomerans P5 کمترین رشد را داشت. از میان مواد نفتی استفاده شده بالاترین تجزیه مربوط به ماده نفتی گازوئیل و به دنبال آن به ترتیب فنانترن و تولوئن بود. همچنین توانایی باکتریها در تجزیه مواد نفتی با گذشت مدت زمان انکوباسیون افزایش یافت. نتایج این آزمایش توانایی گونههای سودوموناس را در زیستپالایی محیطهای آلوده شده به هیدروکربنها به ویژه هیدروکربنهای آلیفاتیک نشان داد.

شبیه¬سازی عددی جریان و انتقال آلودگی در آبهای زیرزمینی مطالعه موردی:
آبخوان دشت نهاوند
شبیهسازی عددی جریان آبهای زیرزمینی به دلیل تخمین پارامترهای هیدرولیکی و هیدرولوژیکی ابزاری مهم برای مدیریت منابع آب آبخوانها میباشد. این تحقیق نتایج حاصل از یک مدل ریاضی شبیهسازی جریان آبهای زیرزمینی در آبخوان دشت نهاوند واقع در غرب ایران را نشان میدهد. برای انجام این کار از کد عددی MODFLOW-2000 که در قالب نرم افزار مدلسازی آبهای زیرزمینی (GMS) قرار گرفته است، استفاده شد. پس از جمعآوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز از قبیل اطلاعات زمین شناسی، هیدرولوژیکی، هیدروژئولوژیکی و نقشههای توپوگرافی ابتدا مدل سه بعدی هیدروژئولوژیکی دشت با استفاده از لاگ چاههای منطقه و اطلاعات ارتفاعی لایه سطحی دشت تهیه شد و سپس MODFLOW برای شبیهسازی جریان مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. پس از شبیهسازی اولیه جریان، مدل با استفاده از سعی و خطا و روش تخمین پارامتر و اطلاعات تراز آب چاههای منطقه برای حالت پایدار کالیبره گردید. نتایج حاصل از کالیبراسیون نشان میدهد که خطای میان تراز مشاهده شده و محاسبه شده با توجه به حد مجاز 20± متر در دامنه مطلوب میباشد همچنین تراز محاسبه شده توسط مدل نشان دهنده حرکت آبهای زیرزمینی در جهت شیب غالب منطقه یعنی از جنوب شرقی به شمال غربی است. درنهایت از کد عددی MODPATH که انتقال تودهای ذرات را شبیهسازی میکند برای تخمین مسیر حرکت آلودگی و همچنین مبدأ آلودگی استفاده شد.

تکامل و نمودهای خاکساختی گچی در خاکهای پدیمنت و دشت سیلابی در جنوب منطقه اهر
نمود تجمع گچ با تکامل خاک ارتباط داشته و به لحاظ میکرومورفولوژی، روند تکاملی افقهای تجمع گچ در سطوح مختلف ژئومورفولوژیک متفاوت است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی نحوه تشکیل گچ در خاکهای واقع بر سطوح دامنهای (پدیمنت) و در مناطقی که آب زیرزمینی کم عمق دارند یا سیلاب از اطراف وارد آنها میشود (دشت سیلابی)، در جنوب منطقه اهر میباشد. به منظور شناسایی نمودهای خاکساختی گچی در هر دو لندفرم نمونههای دستنخورده برداشته شد و پس از تهیه مقاطع نازک با میکروسکوپ پلاریزان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج موید تکامل بیشتر خاک در لندفرم پدیمنت نسبت به دشت سیلابی است که وجود پر شدگیهای کامل و پیوسته، اندازه بزرگتر و شکل توسعه یافتهتر کریستالهای گچی و هوادیدگی بیشتر کانیها و بقایای گیاهی، فرآیندهای خاکساختی متنوع و طولانی مدت میتوانند از دلایل مهم آن باشد. همچنین گچ موجود در هر دو لندفرم از نوع خاکساختی بوده و در لندفرم پدیمنت بلورها درشت و همگی یوهیدرال هستند در حالیکه در لندفرم دشت سیلابی بلورها نسبتا ریز، یوهیدرال وسابهیدرال هستند.

مقایسه عملکرد لایه¬های مانع انتقال آلودگی با استفاده از مدل¬های آزمایشگاهی
با انجام یک سری آزمایشهای آزمایشگاهی، گزینههای مختلف لایههای مانع انتقال آلودگی (لاینر) در مدفن زباله مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. مصالح انتخاب شده لاینر، برای خصوصیات انتشار مولکولی مورد آزمایش قرار گرفته و ضریب انتشار مولکولی یون کلر تعیین گردید. سه نوع گزینه لاینر شامل لایه رسی روی لایه سیلتی، لایه عایق رسی-ژئوسینتتیک (GCL) روی لایه سیلت، و لایه عایق رسی- ژئوسینتتیک روی لایه رسی، روی لایه سیلتی، به عنوان گزینههای لاینر یک مدفن زباله با استفاده از مدلهای آزمایشگاهی و تحت شرایط انتقال یون کلر به طریقه انتشار مولکولی- فرارفت مطالعه شدند. با استفاده از ضرایب انتشار مولکولی تعیین شده در آزمایشگاه و سرعت جریان آب رو به پائین در مدلها، انتقال آلودگی مشاهده شده یون کلر به طریقه انتشار مولکولی– فرارفت با انتقال آلودگی پیش بینی شده با استفاده از مدل نظری، در گزینههای مختلف لاینرها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و به عنوان لاینر موثر و مناسب در مدفن زباله برای کاهش انتقال آلودگی باهم مقایسه شدند. مقایسه غلظتهای مشاهدهای و نظری مدل شده نشان داد که توافق خوبی بین آنها وجود داشته و مدل نظری استفاده شده قادر است بخوبی رفتار مدلهای آزمایشگاهی را پیش بینی کند. مقایسه غلظتهای مشاهده شده در سفره آب زیرزمینی شبیهسازی شده در کف لاینرهای مدل شده نشان داد که برای شرایط آزمایشگاهی در نظر گرفته شده در این مطالعه، هر سه گزینه لاینر انتخابی موانع خوبی از نظر کنترل انتقال آلودگی بوده، تفاوت معنیداری بین آنها وجود نداشته، و دارای عملکرد مشابهی هستند.

زمینه¬ها و سازوکارهای مدیریت آب کشاورزی در دشت تبریز
آب عامل و محرک اصلی کشاورزی در جهان به شمار می رود. علیرغم محدودیت منابع آبی در اکثر مناطق، گزارشها حاکی از آن است که فعالیتهای کشاورزی حدود 70 درصد آب مصرفی در سطح جهان را به خود اختصاص داده است. بدیهی است شناخت مسائل و مشکلات مدیریت منابع آب و ارائه سازوکارها میتواند گامی مؤثر در جهت بهبود مدیریت منابع آب و در نتیجه باعث توسعه کشاورزی باشد. در این مطالعه زمینهها و سازوکارهای مدیریت آب کشاورزی در منطقه دشت تبریز که یکی از مناطق مهم کشاورزی استان آذربایجانشرقی است مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است، ابتدا به طبقهبندی مشکلات و عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت منابع آب پرداخته شد و در مرحله بعد، شاخصهای مدیریت آب کشاورزی شناسایی شدند. برای کاهش تعداد شاخصها به تعداد کمتر از سازوکارهای اساسی و شاخصهای مؤثر، از تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. عدم تناسب بین تعداد چاههای بهرهبرداری و مساحت زمین زیر کشت، شور شدن منابع آب زیرزمینی در اثر برداشت بیرویه از این منابع و افت سطح آب زیرزمینی به عنوان اولویتهای اول تا سوم مشکلات مدیریت آب کشاورزی منطقه شناخته شدند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که حدود 61 درصد از تغییرات واریانس کل مدیریت آب کشاورزی به وسیله سه عامل آبهای سطحی و زیرزمینی عمیق و نیمه عمیق تبیین میشود. بنابراین، کاهش میزان تخلیه چاهها و استفاده بهینه از آبهای سطحی در جهت افزایش سطح زیر کشت آبی در مدیریت منابع آبی منطقه موثر خواهد بود.

کاربرد شبکه عصبی مصنوعی دربرآورد پروفیل پرش هیدرولیکی درحوضچه آرامش با
دیواره¬های همگرا
در این تحقیق، از یک شبکه عصبی مصنوعی در برآورد پروفیل پرش هیدرولیکی در حوضچه آرامش همراه با دیواره همگرا که از حالتهای خاص و پیچیده پرش هیدرولیکی میباشد، استفاده شده است. تعداد 1500 داده آزمایشگاهی اعماق پرش هیدرولیکی مربوط به مقاطع مستطیلی، برای همگرایی %7/2، %4 و %3/5 مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در توسعه مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، 10 ساختار پرسپترون، با تعداد لایههای پنهان و نرونهای مختلف، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. در مورد نتیجه نهایی، ساختاری که بالاترین مقدار ضریب همبستگی را تولید میکرد، به عنوان مدل بهینه انتخاب گردید. برای مقاطع همگرا، مناسبترین مدل شبکه عصبی برای پروفیل پرش هیدرولیکی ساختار 1-3-5 با 15 نرون در لایههای مخفی با ضریب رگرسیون 999/0 به دست آمد. مقادیر بالای به دست آمده برای ضریب رگرسیون، بیانگر همبستگی نزدیک بین مقادیر خروجی مدل شبکه عصبی با دادههای آزمایشگاهی میباشد.

فلزهای سنگین پیامدهای جبرانناپذیری بر بومشناسی میکروبی خاک دارند و در پژوهشهای گوناگونی پیامد فلزهای سنگین بر ویژگیهای میکروبی خاک بررسی شده است. در این پژوهش برخی شناسههای میکروبی برای بررسی پیامدهای زیانبار سرب و روند تغییرات آنها طی شش ماه انکوباسیون خاک با سطوح گوناگون سرب بر سلامت خاک اندازهگیری شدند. سطوح گوناگون سرب شامل 0، 100، 200، 300، 400 و 500 میلیگرم سرب بر کیلوگرم خاک از نمک نیترات سرب به خاک افزوده شد و در دورههای انکوباسیون 3، 15، 30، 90 و 180 روز، کربن زیتوده، تنفس پایه، تنفس برانگیخته و دو شاخص اکوفیزیولوژیک (بهر میکروبی و بهر متابولیک) بهعنوان شناسههای بسیار حساس زیستی در برابر آلایندهها اندازهگیری شدند. در روزهای نخست و در سطوح پایین سرب، تنفس برانگیخته ابتدا افزایش نشان داد ولی با افزایش غلظت سرب، این شاخص نیز مانند دیگر شناسهها کاهش یافت. با گذشت زمان سطوح پایینتر سرب نیز باعث کاهش معنیدار تنفس برانگیخته شد. در پایان انکوباسیون، در نتیجه القای تحمل در ریزجانداران خاک، با وجود کاهش منابع کربن در دسترس ریزجانداران، تنفس میکروبی وکربن زیتوده خاک در برابر روز 90 بیشتر بود. بر پایه یافتههای این پژوهش، محدوده غلظتهای 100 تا 300 میلیگرم سرب افزوده شده بر کیلوگرم خاک، محدوده غلظت بحرانی سرب خاک برای شناسههای کیفی بررسی شده است، بهگونهای که در غلظتهای بالاتر از آن، پیامدهای زیانبار سرب بهگونه معنیداری نمایان شد.

تأثیر کودهای زیستی فسفر بر عملکرد و جذب فسفردر سیب¬زمینی
به منظور بررسی تأثیر کودهای زیستی فسفر بر فراهمی فسفر خاک، عملکرد و میزان فسفر جذب شده در سیبزمینی (Solanum tuberosum L.) رقم ساوالان، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1388 در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی همدان اجرا گردید. تیمارها شامل 1) بدون استفاده از کود شیمیایی و زیستی (شاهد)، 2) 100 کیلوگرم سوپرفسفاتتریپل (TSP)، 3) 200 کیلوگرم (TSP) در هکتار، 4) 300 کیلوگرم کود بیوفسفاتطلایی با 3600 گرم پودر باکتری تیوباسیلوس در هکتار، 5) 100 کیلوگرم (TSP) + تیمار چهارم، 6) 300 کیلوگرم کود بیوفسفاتطلایی به همراه 7200 گرم پودر باکتری تیوباسیلوس در هکتار، 7) 100 کیلوگرم (TSP) + تیمار ششم، 8) 5 لیتر در هکتار مایه تلقیح بیوفسفر، 9) 100 کیلوگرم (TSP) + تیمارهشتم، 10) 10 لیتر در هکتار مایه تلقیح بیوفسفر و 11) 100 کیلوگرم (TSP) + تیمار دهم بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین غلطت فسفر غده (284/0 %)، میزان فسفر قابل جذب گیاه در خاک (mg/kg 6/26)، حداکثر عمکرد (kgha-1 67083) و کمترین pH خاک (8/7) در تیمار 100 کیلوگرم سوپرفسفات تریپل با 300 کیلوگرم بیوفسفات طلایی به همراه 7200 گرم باکتری تیوباسیلوس در هکتار و بیشترین غلظت فسفر برگ (3/0 %)، ماده خشک غده (8/24%) و بلندترین ارتفاع ساقه (cm 82) نیز متعلق به تیمار 100 کیلوگرم سوپرفسفات تریپل با 300 کیلوگرم بیوفسفات طلایی به همراه 3600 گرم باکتری تیوباسیلوس در هکتار بود. کمترین میزان عملکرد، فسفر غده و برگ، ارتفاع ساقه، فسفر قابل جذب گیاه در خاک و همچنین بالاترین میزان pH (26/8) در تیمار شاهد ثبت گردید. بطور کلی برای رشد سیبزمینی در خاکهای مشابه، مصرف 100 کیلوگرم سوپرفسفات تریپل با 300 کیلوگرم بیوفسفات طلایی به همراه 3600 گرم باکتری تیوباسیلوس در هکتار میتواند توصیه شود.

تخمین تبخیر و تعرق روزانه گیاه مرجع با استفاده از سیستم¬های هوش مصنوعی
(ANN و ANFIS) و معادله¬های تجربی
فرآیند تبخیر و تعرق به عنوان یکی از مؤلفههای اصلی چرخه هیدرولوژیک دارای اهمیت فراوانی در مدیریت و توسعه منابع آب و نیز برنامهریزی آبیاری میباشد. در مطالعه حاضر به بررسی قابلیت سیستم استنتاج عصبی – فازی تطبیقی در بهبود تخمین میزان تبخیر و تعرق روزانه گیاه مرجع (ETo) پرداخته شد. دادههای اقلیمی بکار گرفته شده در این مطالعه، شامل دمای هوا، تشعشع خورشیدی، سرعت باد و رطوبت نسبی میباشد که از دو ایستگاه هواشناسی مجهز به دستگاههای اندازهگیری الکترونیکی (سالواتیرا و زامبرانا) در کشور اسپانیا اخذ گردیده و به عنوان ورودیهای مدل عصبی– فازی به منظور تخمین میزان ETo بر اساس معادله پنمن- فائو- مونتیث مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از مدلهای عصبی– فازی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و نیز معادلههای تجربی هارگریوز-سامانی، ریتچی، مک کینگ و تورک در منطقه مقایسه شدند. حاصل تحقیق بیانگر دقت بالای مدل های عصبی- فازی با مقادیر RMSE بین 276/0 تا 437/0میلیمتر در تخمین میزان تبخیر و تعرق (نیاز آبی) روزانه گیاه مرجع میباشد. مدلهای شبکه عصبی مصنوعی با مقادیر RMSE بین 298/0 تا 5/12میلیمتر نیز عملکرد بهتری نسبت به معادله های تجربی نشان دادند.

نقش پتاسیم غیرتبادلی در تغذیه گیاه ذرت در سری¬های غالب خاک¬های زراعی استان گلستان
سرعت آزاد شدن پتاسیم غیر تبادلی اهمیت زیادی در تأمین پتاسیم مورد نیاز گیاهان، به ویژه در خاکهای غنی از کانیهای حاوی پتاسیم دارد. با توجه به اینکه تا بحال اطلاعات کافی درباره پتاسیم غیر تبادلی در خاکهای استان گلستان در دسترس نیست و از طرف دیگرگیاهان قادرند از پتاسیم بین لایهای نیزتغذیه نمایند، لذا بررسی نقش پتاسیم غیرتبادلی جهت مدیریت و استفاده صحیح از منابع خاکی ضروری به نظر میرسد. به منظور ارزیابی پتاسیم قابل دسترس گیاهی و نقش پتاسیم غیرتبادلی در تغذیه گیاه، مطالعهای گلخانهای به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل، با دو فاکتور خاک (12سطح) و آبشویی(2 سطح) در چهار تکرار و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. مشاهده شد که در همه خاکها بین تیمار آبشویی شده و غیر آبشویی شده در ماده خشک و پتاسیم جذب شده بوسیله ذرت در سطح 01/0 درصد اختلاف معنی دار وجود داشت. در تیمار غیرآبشویی شده ماده خشک و جذب پتاسیم توسط گیاه بیشتر از تیمار آبشویی شده بود. میزان پتاسیم تبادلی رها شده از خاکها، در تیمار غیر آبشویی بیشتر از تیمار آبشویی بود. ولی در مورد پتاسیم غیر تبادلی عکس این نتایج صادق بود. نتایج مقایسه میانگین نشان داد که بین میزان پتاسیم غیر تبادلی قبل از کشت و پس از چهار مرحله برداشت گیاه در خاکها در سطح 05/0 درصد اختلاف معنی دار بود. در هر مرحله به دلیل توسعه سیستم ریشه گیاه و ترشح اسیدهای آلی از ریشه، پتاسیم از فرم غیرتبادلی، وارد فاز تبادلی شده و در نتیجه میزان ماده خشک و قابلیت دسترسی پتاسیم برای گیاه بیشتر شده است.

اثر کودهای آلی و نیتروژن بر کارایی مصرف آب، عملکرد و ویژگی¬های رشد گندم (رقم الوند)
این تحقیق برای بررسی تأثیر کودهای آلی و نیتروژن بر کارایی مصرف آب، عملکرد و ویژگیهای رشد گندم (Triticum aestivum L.) رقم الوند، با هدف استفاده بهینه از کودهای آلی و شیمیایی برای دستیابی به کشاورزی پایدار، در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 15 تیمار و سه تکرار در شرایط مزرعهای در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز اجرا گردید. تیمارها شامل شاهد (بدون مصرف کود آلی و نیتروژن)، کود اوره (kg/ha150)، کود اوره (kg/ha300)، لجن فاضلاب شهری (t/ha30)، لجن فاضلاب شهری (t/ha60)، کمپوست زباله شهری (t/ha30)، کمپوست زباله شهری (t/ha60)، کود دامی (t/ha30)، کود دامی (t/ha60)، لجن فاضلاب شهری (t/ha30) + 50% کود اوره، لجن فاضلاب شهری (t/ha30) + اوره (kg/ha150)، کمپوست زباله شهری (t/ha30) + اوره (kg/ha150)، کمپوست زباله شهری (t/ha60) + اوره (kg/ha150)، کود دامی (t/ha30) + اوره (kg/ha150)، کود دامی (t/ha60) + اوره (kg/ha150) بودند. شاخص کلروفیل برگها در وسط دوره رشد و عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، تعداد سنبله در متر مربع، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، طول سنبله، ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد برگ در بوته، شاخص برداشت و کارایی مصرف آب در پایان دوره رشد اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که مصرف 150 و 300 کیلوگرم اوره در هکتار، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، ارتفاع گیاه، قطر ساقه، تعداد برگ در بوته، شاخص کلروفیل برگها و کارایی مصرف آب را نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش داد اما بر تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزاردانه، تعداد سنبلچه در سنبله و شاخص برداشت اثر معنیداری نداشت. مصرف لجن فاضلاب، کمپوست زباله شهری و کود دامی اکثر صفات مورد مطالعه بهجز تعداد سنبله در مترمربع و تعداد سنبلچه در سنبله را افزایش داد. افزایش سطح کودهای آلی از 30 به 60 تن در هکتار قطر ساقه و شاخص کلروفیل برگها را بهطور معنیداری افزایش داد ولی بر سایر صفات مورد مطالعه اثر معنیداری نداشت. مصرف توأم کودهای آلی و نیتروژن، صفات زراعی، عملکرد بیولوژیک، عملکرد دانه و کارایی مصرف آب گندم را در مقایسه با شاهد و کاربرد کودهای آلی و نیتروژن بهتنهایی افزایش داد. بیشترین عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد دانه گندم در تیمار 60 تن کود دامی+ 150 کیلوگرم اوره در هکتار مشاهده شد. بهطور کلی، برای کاهش مصرف کودهای نیتروژن، افزایش عملکرد گندم و بهبود کیفیت آن، مصرف 150 کیلوگرم اوره بههمراه 60 تن در هکتار از لجن فاضلاب شهری یا کود دامی و یا کمپوست زباله شهری میتواند در شرایط مشابه توصیه شود.

مقایسه تاثیر سه رقوم قرارگیری سنگ¬چین بر پایداری آن در محل تکیه¬گاه پل واقع در قوس 90 درجه بر اساس آستانه حرکت ذرات سنگ¬چین
آبشستگی نوعی از فرسایش است که در اثر جریان آب در سواحل دریاها و رودخانهها و در اطراف سازههای احداث شده در آنها به وقوع میپیوندد. این پدیده در قوس رودخانه به علت وجود جریان ثانویه، نسبت به کانال مستقیم تشدید میگردد، لذا توجه به موضوع فرسایش، کنترل و کاهش آن در این بخش از رودخانه، دارای اهمیت ویژهای میباشد. استفاده از سنگچین(ریپ رپ) یکی از متداولترین روشها جهت حفاظت سواحل و بستر رودخانه میباشد. در این تحقیق، رقوم قرارگیری سنگچین در محل تکیهگاه پلهای واقع در قوس 90 درجه رودخانه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. این تحقیق به منظور مشاهده و تحلیل رفتار سنگچین با چگالیها و اندازههای مختلف و در سه سطح همتراز و بالاتر و پایین تر از رسوبات بستر و به ازای قطرهای75/4 ،52/9، 7/12و 05/19 میلیمتر و چگالی های مختلف سنگچین (51/1، 05/2 و 65/2) انجام پذیرفت. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که سنگچین هم تراز با بستر بیشترین میزان پایداری و سنگچین بالاتر از بستر کمترین میزان پایداری را دارند.

اثر شوری کلرید سدیم و غرقاب خاک بر غلظت برخی عناصر کم¬مصرف در ذرت سینگل کراس 704
در این تحقیق، اثر شوری و غرقاب خاک بر غلظت آهن، روی، مس و منگنز بخش هوایی و ریشه ذرت علوفهای (Zea mays L.) رقم سینگل کراس 704 در شرایط گلخانهای مطالعه گردید. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی و با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایشی شامل مدت غرقاب خاک در پنج سطح (0، 2، 4، 8 و 20 روز) و قابلیت هدایت الکتریکی (EC) عصاره اشباع خاک در چهار سطح (11/0، 2، 4 و 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر) بودند. برای بستر رشد گیاه از یک خاک شن لومی و برای ایجاد سطوح شوری در آن از نمک کلرید سدیم استفاده گردید. فاکتورهای شوری و غرقاب بهطور همزمان و در مرحله پنج برگی گیاه اعمال گردید. گیاهان پس از 60 روز رشد برداشت شدند و غلظت آهن، روی، مس و منگنز بخش هوایی و ریشه آنها اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که در شرایط غیرغرقاب، با افزودن نمک کلرید سدیم به خاک، غلظت آهن، مس و منگنز بخش هوایی و غلظت آهن، روی و مس ریشه ذرت کاهش ولی غلظت روی بخش هوایی افزایش یافت در حالیکه غلظت منگنز ریشه تغییر معنیداری نکرد. در شرایط غرقاب، اثر افزودن کلرید سدیم بر غلظت آهن، روی، مس و منگنز در بخش هوایی و ریشه ذرت به مدت غرقاب خاک بستگی داشت. بدون افزودن کلرید سدیم، غلظت آهن، مس و منگنز بخش هوایی و غلظت آهن، روی و مس ریشه در شرایط غرقاب کمتر از شرایط غیرغرقاب بود در حالیکه غلظت روی بخش هوایی و منگنز ریشه در شرایط غرقاب تفاوت معنیداری با شرایط غیرغرقاب نداشت. در شرایط کاربرد کلرید سدیم، اثر مدت غرقاب خاک بر غلظت آهن، روی، مس و منگنز در بخش هوایی و ریشه به سطح شوری بستگی داشت. گیاه ذرت در شرایط شور (4 و 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر) روی را در بخش هوایی و در شرایط غیرشور (11/0 و 2 دسیزیمنس بر متر) در ریشه انباشته کرد. در شرایط غرقاب و غیرغرقاب، غلظت روی در بخش هوایی بیشتر از ریشه بود. در تمامی شرایط مورد مطالعه، گیاه ذرت آهن، مس و منگنز را در ریشه انباشته کرد. نتایج نشان داد که حتی دورههای کوتاه غرقاب خاک بر غلظت آهن، روی، مس و منگنز بخش هوایی و ریشه ذرت علوفهای اثر معنیداری داشت.

نقش تحریک کنندگی برخی گونه¬های قارچ¬¬¬ گلوموس و باکتری¬ سودوموناس در پالایش¬سبز ¬ سرب خاک توسط بنگ¬دانه (Hyoscyamus niger)
پالایشسبز، استفاده از گیاهان و همزیستی آنها با ریزجانداران برای پالایش مکانهای آلوده، روشی نویدبخش برای پالایش خاکهای آلوده به فلزات سنگین است. در این پژوهش نقش برخی گونههای قارچ گلوموس (G. intraradices، G. mosseae و G. fasciculatum)و باکتری سودوموناس (P. putida، P. fluorescens و P. aeruginosa) در پالایش آلودگی سربی خاک توسط بنگدانه (Hyoscyamus niger) بررسی شد. این مطالعه در شرایط گلخانهای به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با دو فاکتور غلظت سرب (در 4 سطح) و تیمار میکروبی (در 3 سطح) و در سه تکرار انجام گرفت. یک نمونه خاک با نمک نیترات سرب بهطور یکنواختی برای ایجاد غلظتهای مختلف سرب (صفر، 250، 500 و 1000 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) آلوده شد. خاک آلوده شده استریل و سپس مایهزنی مخلوط سه گونه قارچ گلوموسو مخلوط سه گونه باکتری سودوموناس انجام شد. گیاه بنگدانه در این خاکها کشت گردید. نتایج نشان داد قارچ های گلوموس و باکتریهای سودوموناس مقدار پرولین، زیستفراهمی سرب، زیست توده ریشه و شاخساره و مقدار سرب تثبیت شده و استخراج شده توسط بنگدانه را بهطور معنیداری (05/0p≤) نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزودند. قارچهای گلوموس و باکتریهای سودوموناس، مقدار سرب استخراج شده توسط شاخساره را بهترتیب بیش از 7/2 و 2 و مقدار سرب تثبیت شده در ریشه را بهترتیب بیش از 1/3 و 9/1 برابر نسبت به تیمارهای مشابه در شاهد افزایش دادند. میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که میکروبهای مورد مطالعه عواملی نوید بخش برای کاهش سمیت سرب در بنگدانه و افزایش کارآیی پالایشسبز سرب توسط گیاه هستند.

تأثیر شش سویه از باکتریهای آزاد کننده پتاسیم بر رشد و افزایش جذب پتاسیم
در گیاه گوجه فرنگی
پتاسیم یکی از عناصر غذایی ضروری پر مصرف برای گیاهان است که نقش مهمی در رشد و توسعه آنها ایفا میکند. در این تحقیق توانائی شش سویه از باکتریهای آزاد کننده پتاسیم، شامل Lysinibacillus fusiformis سویه JK1 و پنج سویه از باکتری Bacillus megaterium(JK2، JK3، JK4، JK5و JK6) بر بهبود رشد و افزایش جذب پتاسیم توسط گیاه گوجه فرنگی در یک خاک لوم شنی با پتاسیم قابل استفاده 70 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور آزمایشی در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در شرایط گلخانهای انجام شد. تیمارها شامل شش سطح سویه باکتری، تیمار کود پتاسیم (اضافه کردن کود پتاسه و بدون تلقیح با باکتری) و شاهد (بدون تلقیح با باکتری و فاقد کود پتاسه) بود. نتایج بررسی نشان داد که اثر تلقیح شش سویه نام برده بر وزن خشک اندام هوایی و ریشه در سطح احتمال پنج درصد معنیدار میباشد. بیشترین وزن خشک اندام هوایی و وزن خشک ریشه به ترتیب مربوط به سویه های JK4 و JK5 بود که تفاوت معنیداری با بقیه تیمارها نداشت و نسبت به شاهد به ترتیب 97/23 و 23/52 درصد افزایش نشان داد. بیشترین غلظت و مقدار پتاسیم بخش هوایی مربوط به تیمار کود پتاسیم بود که با بقیه تیمارها دارای تفاوت معنیدار (در سطح احتمال یک درصد ) بود و نسبت به شاهد به ترتیب 88/69 و 06/88 درصد افزایش نشان داد. در بین سویههای مورد آزمایش بیشترین غلظت پتاسیم بخش هوایی مربوط به سویههای JK5 (10/17میلی گرم در گرم) و JK6 (10/17 میلی گرم در گرم) بود که نسبت به شاهد 04/32 درصد افزایش نشان داد و با JK1 تفاوت معنیداری نداشتند. همچنین بیشترین مقدار پتاسیم بخش هوایی مربوط به سویه JK6 بود که نسبت به شاهد 28/59 درصد افزایش داشت، که تفاوت معنیداری با سویه JK5 و JK1 نداشت. بیشترین غلظت و مقدار پتاسیم ریشه مربوط به تیمار کود پتاسیم بود که با بقیه تیمارها دارای تفاوت معنیدار بود. در بین سویههای مورد آزمایش بیشترین غلظت و مقدار پتاسیم ریشه مربوط به سویه JK4 بود.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی الگوی جریان در قوس 90 درجه تند کانال مستطیلی
در این مطالعه سری آزمایشهائی در قوس 90 درجهی تند با 2R/B= با عمق ثابت 17 سانتی متر در سه دبی 15، 25 و 35 لیتر بر ثانیه با اعداد فرود 17/0، 28/ و 4/0انجام گرفته است. با ایجاد شبکه 60×12×4 (به ترتیب از راست به چپ در جهت طولی، عرضی و عمقی ) در محدوده قوس مؤلفههای سه بعدی سرعت در هر گره توسط دستگاه سرعت سنج ثبت گردیده و سرانجام توسط نرم افزارهایتک پلات و اکسل شکلها و نمودارها ترسیم و تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که با افزایش عدد فرود، شروع ناحیه جداشدگی جریان از دیوار داخلی در نیمه دوم قوس به طرف بالادست قوس پیشروی میکند و توزیع تنش برشی کف دو ناحیه پرتنش یکی از موقعیت 10 تا 70 درجه نزدیک دیوار داخلی و دیگری از موقعیت 80 درجه تا انتها میدان داده برداری را نشان میدهد و همچنین روند تغییرات قدرت جریان ثانویه در طول قوس، دو نقطه حداکثر مقدار قدرت یکی در موقعیت 50 درجه و دیگری در موقعیت 80 درجه را نشان میدهد.

تأثیر قرارگیری سازه نیم استوانه بر راندمان رسوب شویی تحت فشار مخازن
این مطالعه به منظور توسعه روشی برای تخلیه رسوبات انجام شده تا به کمک آن بتوان بخشی از حجم مرده مخزن را بازیابی کرد. در این تحقیق با کارگذاری سازه نیم استوانه در جلوی تخلیه کننده تحتانی تأثیر این سازه در ایجاد جریان گردابی برای تخلیه رسوبات مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. در زیر سازه شکافهائی در ارتفاع و طولهای مختلف ایجاد گردید به طوری که بالای شکاف هم سطح رسوبات در مخزن که آن قسمت نیز همتراز پایین دریچه بود. آزمایشها بر روی سازه نیم استوانه در قطرها و ارتفاع سطح آب مختلف انجام پذیرفت. بررسیها نشان داد که تغییرات حجم رسوب شویی در یک سطح آب حساسیت کمتری نسبت به طول شکاف دارد. در حالتی که نسبت قطر سازه به طول شکاف برابر 2 بود رسوب شویی بیشتری اتفاق افتاد. تغییرات حجم رسوب شویی نسبت به ارتفاع شکاف زیاد بوده به طوری که در نسبت ارتفاع شکاف به قطر سازه نیم استوانه برابر 6/0، حجم رسوب شویی به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش یافت. هم چنین با قطر سازه 5/2 برابر قطر تخلیه کننده، بیشترین حجم رسوب شویی حاصل شد و در این حالت حجم رسوب شویی نسبت به حالت بدون قرارگیری سازه 30 برابر گردید.

شبیه سازی عددی پرش هیدرولیکی در حوضچه آرامش سد مخزنی نمرود
وقوع پرشهیدرولیکی در پاییندست سرریز سدها یکی از مهمترین راههای استهلاک انرژی میباشد. در این تحقیق پدیده پرشهیدرولیکی به کمک نرم افزار Flow-3D با استفاده از دو نوع مدل استاندارد و RNG شبیهسازی شد. ابتدا برای پیشبینی دقیق خصوصیات پرشهیدرولیکی، با استفاده از دادههای اندازهگیری شده توسط چانسون و چاچرو در فلوم آزمایشگاهی دو مدل آشفتگی صحتسنجی شدند. بررسی انجام شده نشان داد که نتایج مدل آشفتگی RNG در مقایسه با مدل استاندارد بهتر میباشد. سپس از این مدل برای شبیهسازی پرش هیدرولیکی در مدل فیزیکی حوضچه آرامش سد مخزنی نمرود استفاده شد. مقادیر محاسبه شده فشار، توزیع سرعت و پروفیل سطح آب با اندازهگیریهای آزمایشگاهی مقایسه شدند، که انطباق خوبی با هم داشتند.
